Member, Timken Board of Directors

Robert W. Mahoney has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 1992.

Mahoney is chairman emeritus of Diebold, Incorporated, a company specializing in automation of self-service transactions, as well as security products, software and service for its products.  He has held that title since 1999.

He serves on the board of directors for Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and Sherwin-Williams Co.
