• Making policy and funding decisions in accordance with the policies and guidelines.
• Review operations periodically to determine they are in alignment with the policies and guidelines.
• Avoid possible conflicts of interest.
• Ensure transactions between the Trust and all parties (related or unrelated) are conducted on an “arms-length basis”.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and tax (including IRS, state and local) requirements.
